Welcome

We are a small UK based charity looking to work with individuals and families affected by TANGO2 deficiency disorder and support clinicians who have patients with it. 
 
TANGO2 is a rare genetic metabolic disorder affecting children from birth and causing long term health problems.

With only a handful of UK children diagnosed with TANGO2 out of potentially thousands living with it worldwide, we need to promote clinical awareness so children can be recognized earlier and reduce the risk of metabolic crisis…
